Payments & Authorizations

When you sign up for subscription services depending upon the type of payment method used, it is common for some banks and processing companies, to not process your payment until 24 hours later. By creating a member account and selecting subscribe you understand that regardless of what date the payment is withdrawn, that this serves as “NOT A Trial Period” and you are still responsible for the initial fee which is equal to the subscription fee at the time you entered payment details.

 

Subscription Fees

Subscription fees are dude a month in advance. Your account maybe suspended, blocked &/or deleted if your payment method declines. Memberships created prior to Feb 1st 2018 has a rate of $3.99, Prior to Sep 1st 2018 has a rate of $4.99 and memberships created after August 3Oth 2018, has a membership rate of currently $9.99, June 9th, 2019 has a rate of $24.99. If you cancel or elect to cancel your services and wish to rejoin, you understand that you will be required to join at the current rate of new membership being offered at that time, 

 

Refunds

You may cancel your monthly subscription at anytime without penalty, however no refund of ANY type will be issued for the current month of services. If you cancel your services and select cancel immediately, you understand that your membership will be revoked immediately and you will not have access to the site and NO Refund will be given. We do NOT offer a "free" or "Trial" Period of any sort. If you elect to cancel and you select "cancel at the end month"., you understand that you will still have access until your current month of Memberships  completes. Subscriptions start on the day of payment and allow up to 30 days from that date to view content, unless you elect to cancel immediately. Cancellation

 

ALL SUBSCRIPTIONS ARE REOCCURRING and may be canceled from the members section, online chat or e-mail. For security reasons all account requests must come from the account on file. If you created your billing profile via PayPal please visit your account section at PayPal.com to cancel. If you would like to complete this request please visit www.Doubleutv.com click the sign in option and once logged in scroll to the bottom and select cancel. If you can’t remember your login information select the forgot password option. If you would like to skip the above process and/or don’t have access to the above requested information please respond via email/online chat with the card holder name, last 4 digits of the card used, billing address zip code and a contact number.

 

**Your contact number will only be used if we need to verify if there are multiple accounts with similar information.

**If you created your account via paypal you must visit PayPal to cancel your billing agreement.

Account Termination 

You understand that at any time if your subscription/membership becomes delinquent, overdue, and/or we receive information, or we suspect your payment and/or account or any information provided to be not true, not to be honored, and/or fraudulent we can and will terminate your account and in some cases block/restrict current and future accounts. 

Duplicate Transactions

Although our system may detect multiple transactions, it isn't uncommon for this to happen. Please ensure your connection rather cellular/wifi or direct is successfully connected when you elect to subscribe. In the event that your are charged more then once for a month of subscription and the account information is exactly the same (email, name, number, card number, IP address and date) we will issue a refund or apply it to your next months payment.

Bedroom ArQuez F.A.Q.

 

 

How does it work?

Basically you set up a member account. Tell us what type of undies you like. Like the colors, fabrics, etc. Then Each month ArQuez picks out 4 pairs and send them to you. Each week you’ll get a package containing a pair. 

 

What happens if I don’t like my pair?

We like to think we have great taste in quality, but we ask you what styles you like remember 😉. So unfortunately for obvious reason we can’t return them but we can get it better next time. Let us know what you like for didn’t like.

F.I.T. F.A.Q.

 

How does it work? 

F.I.T. is a unique fitness course tailored to your goals and our objectives. You can either take a class or you can sign up for the 12 class package which offers 12 classes. Each class is a hour. 

 

Payments 

All F.I.T. training classes/packages required online booking and payment unless, a class is being held and you arrive and complete payment in person. 

 

How long are the classes?

All classes are a hour long.

 

Initial consultation fees?

Consultation fees are equal to the daily class rate. If a package deal is selected then the fee is included and reduced to the equivalent of 1 day of total package deal. If no deal is selected fee is equal to daily class rate

 

Where do we meet? 

Classes are pre set with location details listed on the book services section of the menus. We have access to most gyms 25/5 with no additional cost to you. 

 

What if I miss a class?

Unfortunately days can’t be repeated, so if you miss a day it’s a day gone. This might be harsh but let’s get serious about our fitness.
